Who's here after this won best picture. The actors and director where amazing. I Iove how they change their personalities when going on their poor environment, to when they're in the rich home. I couldn't find any comment complaining about the code-switching, just people complaining about people complaining about code-switching. Have I not scrolled down far enough.

What is all the excitement about? I watched the first 57min and could not find anything particularly funny, or interesting or clever. The acting is flat, the personalities of the characters are not compelling. I'm not wondering what happens next. I'll give a movie an hour but by then it has to pay off or I'm done. Thank you so much for this video and all your effort you put put in your videos, they are all awesome! Bong Joon Ho is absolute master and now with Parasite he finally has public attention he deserved all along. Hope he will win the Oscar. Hollywood: movie without showing storyline impossible Parasite: hold my WiFi. Despite the fact that at first glance the film seems quite simple, drawing the viewer's interest and slowly moving to mostly comedic elements, after the first hour the situation changes fundamentally.
We get to know better both of the families and it becomes clear that there are no characters to root for, no "good guys" of the story. The film focuses on "crossing the line" which has multiple meanings and is manifested in different ways during the viewing.
I don't want to spoil anything, so I definitely recommend watching this closely and then re-visiting this film after some time since it has a lot of brain fuel to keep you busy thinking about it.

And you can only hope that the film will keep you off phone so you don't miss any important subtitles. br> Parasite takes you on an emotionally gripping storyline, where you will find yourself fixed to your screen for the entirety. The superb directing, and In particular writing style of this screenplay complement to each other and will not disappoint. I was so pleased that the ending of the film ties the rest of the storyline together and really does justice for the rest of the film, cause who likes a bad ending? This film did get a standing ovation at the Cannes Film Festival and it was defiantly deserved.

They are so adorable omg I love them. Parasite is also one of the absolute best film of the last decade, easy. I forgot I was even reading subs cuz I was so entranced by the story. 10/10. When Park Seo Joon comes by, I was like. I know this dude. because the face wasn't clear and I'm blind af, it took me awhile. but then he screams (curses) and I was like AH YES THATS HIM ALRIGHT, MY BOI SEO JOONIE I know this is very stupid, but for me personally, I was so happy I was able to identify him through his way of acting and his voice alone.

Saw it before the Oscars and knew it was something special, what an amazing movie. Really is worth all the praise, happy they got the award. That's not really a home invading home topic, or in a very special way. I reminded another movie from 2013 and Netherlands called BORGMAN, very close about the topic and even more weird; try it if you can.
